Maintlytics
Maintenance KPIs, planner and shop-floor board
What Maintlytics is
Maintlytics shows a manufacturing plant's maintenance KPIs, planner and shop-floor board on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac. A Maintlytics hub on a Mac imports the plant's maintenance reports and shares them with your devices through your own iCloud account.
Getting started
- Mac hub: keep Maintlytics running on the plant's Mac. It imports reports saved to Downloads and syncs them through iCloud.
- iPhone and iPad: sign in to the same iCloud account as the Mac hub, then open Maintlytics. It downloads the hub's data and works offline.
- Apple Watch: install Maintlytics from the Watch app on your iPhone.
- Just looking? Tap Try the demo on the first screen to explore a made-up plant.
Siri and Ask Maintlytics
Tap the sparkles button, or say “Ask Maintlytics” or “Search Maintlytics for worst machines”. Answers come from your plant's own reports, and every number is checked against them.
Common questions
- “Waiting for the Mac hub's data” — make sure the device uses the same iCloud account as the Mac and the hub is running.
- Old numbers — the date at the top of each screen shows how fresh the data is; pull down to refresh.
- AI drafting needs the plant Wi-Fi to reach the hub.
